With so many things to take care throughout the day, we often fail to keep all our commitments in mind. Just normal, it’s how our brain works and that’s exactly why we use reminders, either if it’s a paper list or an Outlook reminder.

A reminder is a good way to store information. Instead of keeping a plenty of things in your memory, you just choose to drop them somewhere else and thus get an extra free space in your brain. With more space available, you gain capacity and energy to spend on other things. It’s a great deal.

Reminders can also be a choice to surround yourself with inspiring ideas. And the interesting thing here is the “choice” part. You can choose to spend more time with your family. You can choose what kind of people you want to be influenced. You can choose to read more. You have the choice of making things happen.
